To ensure the best level of customer service, Manage It is happy to receive all feedback and complaints. We have provided a Complaints & Feedback form below to easily submit any complaints or feedback directly to the Senior staff at Manage It.
If you wish to submit a formal complaint to Manage It, we will endeavour to act impartial and will treat your complaint respectfully and work towards resolving your complaint amicably. We will do this within 5 business days (Monday-Friday).
All complaints will be treated as confidential and will be actioned by only senior staff members, or in the case of a complaint made against senior staff members, an unbiased and disinterested third-party. We will respect your privacy and right to remain anonymous.
If you do not wish to complain directly to Manage It, or are unsatisfied with our response, we welcome you to submit your complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission. You may contact them through the following ways:
